- Record cash transfers and conduct bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Month-end-close tasks, including preparation of journal entries
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Help organize and maintain company’s accounting records and documents
- Support external audit requirements
- Complete ad-hoc projects and reports
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Experience working with strict deadlines
- Experience working with general ledgers, accounting records and cash reconciliations
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, vlookups, sumifs, pivots)
- Experience with NetSuite and working in an international company is a plus
