What You'll Bring:
- Associates degree or bachelors degree in business or accounting, graduating by June 2026 or earlier
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PeopleSoft preferred.
- Must have good organizational, oral/written communication skills and detail oriented.
- Must be able to manage and ensure completion of a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.
We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your development in:
- 1 year experience in an A/R function
Impact You'll Make:
- Investigate misapplication of cash, overpayments, and on account dollars to ensure proper reconciliation.
- Monitor workflow queue and email requests to ensure timely reconciliation of adjustments that are received from the sales and account management teams.
- Provide consistent and reliable internal and external customer support.
- Understands overall departmental and business unit goals and how existing programs/products/processes are designed to support these goals.
- Research and follow-up on bank deposit errors and checks credited to the A/R system in error.
- Provides solutions to a wide range of A/R issues.
- Familiarize yourself with the Shared Service Policies and Procedures for A/R and Peoplesoft system.
- Communicate with sales on sales credits and customer issues.
- Analyze data to drive process improvements and transaction efficiencies.

The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but limited to) an individual's education and experience.
