Support Accounts Payable by reviewing vendor payment documentation before release. Act as a subject matter expert in accounts payable Maintain Customer Accounts: Manage accounts receivable banking data for customer accounts Perform Financial Analysis: Conduct initial financial analysis of accounts receivable invoices and customer billing data for business owners and senior management Assist with Audits: Support internal and external auditors with requests related to accounts receivables

Required HS or equivalent work experience

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Intermediate ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate communication and organizational skills.
Advanced ability to perform first level financial analysis and work with data for extended period.

The posted salary range is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. A candidate’s position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.
