Position Title: Accounting Representative

Business Unit: INSA

Reports to: Varies by Assignment

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the department with recording agency revenue and disbursement, month-end reporting and operational support for all groups within the advisory businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assists with direct bill reconciliation. Performs bookkeeping tasks. Handles sweep and/or customer payments and deposit preparation.

Assists with bank deposits, pulling statements from insurance carrier partners to balance and reconcile accounts. Verifies accuracy of carrier commission downloads for deposit statements.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
