This Position reports to:
Accounting & Reporting Manager - ARYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Managing month end and year end closing activities, including posting intercompany journal entries, accruals and managing foreign exchange (FX) impacts.
- Performing intercompany matching and reconciliation to resolve imbalances.
- Ensuring accuracy in financial records and timely month-end closing.
- Overseeing the intercompany payment settlements and clearing within group entities.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Experience & Education: You hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance and have a demonstrated track record in financial management and comfortable working in English ,Generally 1–4 years for analysts.
- Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR), General Ledger (GL), Accruals and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO and MS Excel.
- Process Expertise: End-to-end month-end closing includes accruals calculation, supporting group team in terms of financial reporting, and intercompany settlements (IC Matching) Soft Skills:- High attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and good communication
- You hold a valid India work permit, and you are comfortable working in Bangalore as work Location.
