Job Description:

Responsable de supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades contables de la empresa, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas financieras locales e internacionales. Administrar los cierres contables mensuales y anuales, elabora estados financieros y lidera al equipo contable. También colabora con auditorías internas y externas, y propone mejoras en los procesos financieros para optimizar la eficiencia y la transparencia.

What you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities:
  •  Supervise and coordinate the operations of the accounting department.
  •  Ensure compliance with applicable accounting regulations and FINTECH standards.
  •  Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under NIF and FINTECH regulations.
  •  Coordinate and execute accounting closings.
  •  Attend internal and external audits, ensuring timely delivery of required information.
  •  Implement improvements in accounting processes and financial management tools.
  •  Lead, motivate, and develop the accounting team.

Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (professional license and certificate desirable).
  •  Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within the same company.
  •  Advanced knowledge of FINTECH and accounting standards (NIF, IFRS, etc.).
  •  Proficiency in accounting tools and ERP systems (SAP).
  •  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  •  Experience leading teams and financial projects.
  •  Intermediate English for attending conferences.
