Misión del puesto:
Managing a team of 3 people The main role will be to ensure end-to-end the Accounting process, driving the improvements across the department, and partnering with other process stakeholders to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and internal control enabling the finance team to focus on its core bussines.
Responsabilidades:
Be responsible for financial reporting in terms of balance sheet, P&L and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with local statutory audit and reporting requirements for both internal and external purposes.
Implement quality controls over financial transactions and financial reporting to improve accuracy, process efficiency and compliance
Coordinate and support month-end and year-end closing activities
Be the bridge between local finance teams and HQ to get insights on financial performance
Be responsible for IFRS adjustments vs local and reporting purposes.
Enable the staff with training to be able to support the development of the company.
Actively partner across the organization to build strong relationships
Set and review team goals and targets for achieving operational results ensuring alignment with strategy.
Lead and develop a team 3 people.
In addition to this, I manage:
• Accounting closing and consolidation.
• CAPEX control.
• Manage External Audit.
• Financial Control.
• Cash flow Reporting.
• Payroll control and Accounting.
• Tax reviewing.
• Define accounting flux in new products.
• Assure new products are compliance with local regulations.

Experiencia con ERP, preferiblemente ORACLE
Ingles B2 (MINIMO)
Experiencia necesaria:
Experiencia en puesto similar 10 Años
Experiencia previa en multinacional (imprescindible)
Experiencia previa en consultoría (deseable).
