We are hiring an Accounting Manager, Americas to join our Finance team.
Reporting to: US Controller
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid)
Direct Employment
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process accounts payable and credit cards
- Assist other departments with purchasing and payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Manage general ledger entries
- Review employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policy
- Assist with annual audits
- Assist the US controller with tax notices and other tasks as needed
Payroll:
- Manage and process multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with over 15 states' tax requirements and regulations
- Office Management:
- Manage office maintenance, office supplies and equipment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and general office administration
- Strong proficiency in accounting software
- Strong Microsoft Excel Office skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, ability to work and solve issues independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can-do positive approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $90,000 - $110,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
