The intern will work alongside the Tutor with the objective of providing support to the administrative office, particularly in the management of active and passive cycle.
In detail he/she will support the Finance Manager in the following activities:
- Support in activities related to the passive cycle
- Check and record faculty and supplier invoices
- Check and account for employee expense reports
- Support in active invoicing
- Reconcile payments of students enrolled in the new academic year
- Control and monitor enrolled situations
- Support in credit recovery activity
- Support in bank, cash, and general ledger reconciliation activities
Learning
The experience will enable the intern to gain a good understanding of general accounting in the business environment with the goal of:
- Address issues characteristic of a company's asset cycle
- Support in the activities of the passive cycle
- Use the dedicated SAP operating system
Education and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in economics or a Diploma in accounting
- Strong accuracy skills
- Ability to sustain activities with a good level of concentration even at times of higher intensity
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of office package (good knowledge of excel)
