PeakMade is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in real estate finance and accounting, supporting key functions such as budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
What You’ll Get:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements
- Support monthly reconciliations and journal entries
- Conduct market and financial data research for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with property and corporate teams on financial initiatives
- Participate in special projects and audits as needed

Skills & Experience Needed:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
