Support general accounting tasks including reviewing expense reports, travel vouchers, and corporate card transactions; ensure regulatory compliance and accurate coding; assist with month-end close, reconciliations, system administration, CAPEX tracking, prepaid reconciliations, debt/lease amortization entries, and subcontract invoice review. On-site in Byron, GA with part-time/seasonal hours.

Requirements
Education/Training (both required and desired):
- Must be actively enrolled in a post-high school education program in a Business Administration field of study (preference towards accounting majors)
- Looking for Junior/Senior students with 3.0+ Overall GPAs or 3.5+ Program GPAs
Experience:
- 0+ years of experience
- Soft-skill expectations include being detail-oriented, analytical, and having a healthy amount of professional skepticism. Strong problem-solvers and effective communicators are a plus
Skills Required
- Actively enrolled in a post-high school Business Administration program
- Accounting major preferred
- Junior or Senior student status
- Minimum 3.0 overall GPA or 3.5 program GPA
- 0+ years of experience (internship level)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and professional skepticism; strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Byron, GA
- Availability 15-25 hours/week during semesters and 30-40 hours/week during summer
