Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with account reconciliations and validation of financial data.
- Support daily accounting transactions and documentation activities.
- Assist with bank reconciliation preparation and cash reporting activities.
- Support journal entry preparation and financial record maintenance.
- Help review, organize, and maintain supporting accounting documentation.
- Assist with partner account reconciliations and account balance monitoring.
- Support payment application activities and account clean-up initiatives.
- Assist with researching missing invoices and following up on documentation requirements.
- Help prepare statements of account and other accounting reports.
- Support month-end closing activities and related reconciliations.
- Assist with miscellaneous billing and financial data entry tasks.
- Support the preparation of reports, metrics, and accounting analyses.
- Participate in accounting process improvement projects and special initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.
