The Basics:
As an Accounting Intern at Tanium, you will gain hands-on experience by getting exposed to multiple areas within our accounting function.
What you'll do:
- Participate in internal audit walkthroughs for various business processes
- Assist with documenting business processes
- Obtain experience with accounts payable responsibilities
- Prepare detailed flux analysis explanations
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects
- Assist with gathering support for the external auditors
We’re looking for someone with:
- Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future
- Available to work full-time from June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Set to graduate Fall of 2025 or Spring 2026
- Maintaining a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Keen interest in learning
- Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
What you'll get:
The hourly rate for this internship is $27 USD per hour. This hourly rate is an estimate for what Tanium will pay an intern. The actual rate offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, skills, training, and experience. In addition to an hourly rate, interns will be eligible for 401k matching and a monthly allowance for communications reimbursement.
