Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Coordinator to join our team at the Laredo Terminal. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same or related field
  • Knowledge of AR/AP processes, invoicing, journal entries, and accruals
  • Bilingualism in English and Spanish is a strong asset
  • Experience with Workday is considered an asset
  • Experience in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other accounting tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
