Principal Responsibilities:
Organize and assign items received through multiple shared inboxes to the appropriate team.
Handle common issues by provide quick resolutions.
Identify items that are needing an immediate response and/or escalating complex issued to appropriate colleagues.
Communicate and assist in tracking and organizing priority items for leadership to ensure timely resolution.
Assist in scheduling team meetings and recording of notes/action items in these meetings to ensure take aways are appropriately addressed.
Organize projects and timelines as needed with the direction of leadership.
Identify and create options for continued process improvement during the operation of daily duties.
Assist in communicating and working with colleagues outside of team structure to ensure timely communication and that proper internal service is being delivered.
Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess excellent organizational skills.
Must demonstrate the organization’s core values, exuding behavior aligned with the firm’s culture.
Must be able to interact effectively with various levels of management, both inside and outside the organization, as well as directly with carriers and outside entities as necessary.
Ability to work in high volume and fast-paced organization.
Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is strongly preferred, but not required.
Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administration, project management, managing service desk queues, or utilizing ticketing systems is preferred.
