Position Overview:
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for assisting the Finance Department in staying in compliance by filing documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with cash application and customer collections via phone and email.
- Perform miscellaneous data entry as needed.
- Update customer records as needed.
- Review contracts, sales orders, and associated invoices and revenue recognition schedules.
- Participate in the monthly close process by helping with revenue review and analysis
- Complete ad hoc tasks for the Finance department.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Associate degree or prior relevant working experience required.
- Familiarity with accounting ERP systems or previous work in an accounting environment preferred.
- Prior experience in a collections or customer service capacity
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and possesses a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Shift Timings:
This role requires availability during the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST shift including 2 hours break in between. Please ensure you are comfortable with these working hours before applying. Your resume will be shortlisted basis the your consent for the mentioned shift timings only.
