Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable full cycle experience, including collections.
- Accounts payable (multiple locations) including coding to appropriate cost center and GL account.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts (general ledger, classification of accounts, journal entries)
Job Skills & Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience as an accounting assistant or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- QuickBooks experience required
- Skilled in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity is a must
- Dependable, punctual, helpful, detail-oriented
- Outstanding communication skills and proper etiquette (written, phone, in-person)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Drug screen and background check required

Skills Required
