At Monotype, we rely on strong financial system to drive the business forward. Accounts payable team plays key role in ensuring control over payments, adherence of approval matrix. We are looking for accounts payable professionals who will be working with our counterparts in US corporate office. Position will be reporting to Finance Manager in India.

 What you’ll be doing:

• Completes global payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and

reconciling invoices within SAP.

• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording

entries.

• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances
• Posting GL entries and preparing reconciliations for AP and other accruals

What we’re looking for:

• Finance professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts payable.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, any professional qualification will be added advantage.
• Prior exposure of SAP, and Accounts payable domain.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office application.
• Must possess excellent communication skill to work with global stakeholders.
• Must be willing to accommodate to time zone with US corporate office
