We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant star to join the accounting department.

As an Accounting Assistant you will be a part of the accounting team and work in our processes for daily accounting, customer invoicing, maintaining master data in financial systems, ledger administration, treasury activities and monthly closures including account reconciliations. You will also participate in projects and work on continuously improvements of our processes to gain efficiency and quality in our deliveries to support the business and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to impact the accounting department work for tomorrow through structuring and visualizing data in Power BI tool.

To be successful in this role you need to have a strong business understanding and to be able to prioritize your work. Be accurate, analytical and able to complete your tasks efficiently. Be curious and open to new ways of working and strive to improve processes.

In this role it is an advantage if:

  • You have excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • You possess knowledge related to Power BI.
  • You have experience from working with financial systems (we use Unit4 (Coda), Basware, Microsoft NAV).

As a person you are positive, a good team player and have very good communication skills. Strong English skills to support stakeholders and follow group guidelines and fluent in Swedish to comply with local legislation. Several years of working experience from an accounting-/finance department would be a good match for this role.

You have a Bachelor/master’s degree in business administration or equivalent working experience.
