Are you looking for the boost of your early career in a big international company? If so, then we have outstanding opportunity for you!
What you will do
The Finance and Accounting Rotational Development Program is a 2.5 year program that develops people who graduated in the last 4 years into future experts and leaders of Johnson Controls (JCI). This is an intensive, exciting program that allows you to fast track your growth and learning. It is a lot of hard work but also a lot of fun!
During the 2.5 years commitment, individuals rotate to new positions every 6 months to gain an overall understanding of accounting and financial responsibilities within Johnson Controls as well as exposure to the various business models within the company.
Your journey will begin in Bratislava, Slovakia, which will also be your home base throughout the program. The majority of your rotations will take place in Bratislava, giving you a strong foundation and close connection to our core teams.
However, for top-performing associates, there is an exciting opportunity to earn one international rotation—typically one out of five—across Europe or the Middle East, depending on business needs and your development path. In case of rotation in other country, you will be provided with travel and housing expenses, as well as a living allowance based on the country you rotate to.
We are looking for candidates who are excited about spending the next 2.5 years in a dynamic, evolving environment, and who are open to the possibility of relocating internationally.
At the successful end of the 2.5 years program, you will have a big opportunity for a permanent position in the organization. While opportunities may exist across different locations, most graduates continue their careers in Bratislava.
Associates are challenged to take on additional work outside of their day-to-day responsibilities to gain further knowledge and increase their network within the company. Additional training and development and mentorship opportunities are consistently presented to associates and the expectation is that all opportunities will be taken.
