Are you a driven accounting professional ready to make a global impact? We are looking for an exceptional Accounting Analyst to join our Financials Center of Excellence (CoE) — a high-performing team that partners with accounting, FP&A, and business units around the world to elevate financial operations.

This is not your typical accounting role. You will play a pivotal part in streamlining month-end close, driving process enhancements, and providing deep insights into revenue and financial reporting. With a unique position at the intersection of accounting, finance systems, and business strategy, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to solve complex challenges and shape how we operate globally

Your role in our mission

• Collaborate with global accounting teams to optimize and standardize core accounting processes.

• Lead the timely execution of monthly close activities and reporting deliverables.

• Prepare and review revenue journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.

• Act as a critical liaison between our global accounting operations and local FP&A, business, and audit teams.

• Support the implementation and optimization of Finance Systems and related initiatives.

• Manage revenue recognition for non-standard customer deals and conduct detailed revenue analysis.

Valued skills and experience

• Several years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, and revenue analysis.

• MBA in Finance or a related discipline.

• Deep understanding of the finance function and international accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across geographies and functions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and revenue accounting best practices.
