JOB TITLE:  IT Senior Business Analyst Accounting

Hiring Manager: Group CIO & CDO. The candidate reports to: AC IT HQ Manager Location of the role: Slatina

Business Area: IT Delivery Reason for hire: We need to hire a SAP Business Analyst for the IT Delivery AC  Area

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

The resource will join the Center of Excellence (COE) within the IT Delivery Accounting area, working alongside senior analysts and local IT teams to support projects and operational activities on SAP systems in the Finance area.

Role Overview

The Junior SAP FI Business Analyst will support SAP FI customizing activities, system maintenance, and the implementation of new functionalities. The role includes operational activities such as analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, and user support.

Who are we looking for?

Main Responsibilities

1. SAP FI Customizing and Maintenance

  • Basic configuration of SAP FI modules (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-GL) under senior guidance.
  • Support in analysis and realization of small enhancements and fixes.
  • Troubleshooting assistance including first-level debugging.

SAP Project Support

  • Participation in fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, and process analysis.
  • Execution of testing phases (UT/SIT/UAT) with documentation of results.
  • Support in data migration activities.
  • Assistance during go-live and post-go-live.

3. Application Management Services (AMS)

  • Handling Level1/Level2 support tickets in the Accounting area.
  • Analysis of requests and proposal of solutions.

  • Preparing and maintaining functional documentation.
  • Creating user guides and operational procedures.
Required Skills
  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Interest in ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP FI modules.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and teamworking.
  • Good written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
  • Basic knowledge of SAP CO MM SD.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori.
  • Introductory ABAP knowledge.
  • Experience in multinational contexts, even as an intern.
Soft Skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to international environments.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Fluent English
