Department OverviewOur department supports a wide range of Motorola Solutions businesses and operations finance functions across LATAM. We are responsible for OPEX accounting and controlling, department maintenance, and ensuring we provide great support to our business partners within LATAM in all finance areas.
Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and statement of changes in equity.
  • Understand the complete accounting cycle, from bookkeeping to monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
  • Prepare account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare management reports, providing relevant insights and analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with fiscal and tax regulations, including control of ECD and
  • ECF taxes and ancillary obligations.
  • Calculate direct taxes, IRPJ and CSLL.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related field.
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA or specialization) in Accounting, Controllership or related areas (desirable).
  • Minimum experience of 5 years as a Senior Accounting Analyst, working in large companies.
  • Mastery of Brazilian (CPCs) and international (IFRS) accounting standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Protheus and Oracle).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Advanced English (desirable).
  • Strong sense of organization, planning and teamwork.
  • Proactivity, ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Focus on results and high professional ethics.
