Background on the Position
The role will reside within Investment Management Finance (IM Finance) which is a department dedicated to providing support to Brokerage's Investment Management segment ("MSIM") a leading global asset manager across the public and private markets. Members of the IM Finance team can expect to be involved in accounting, finance, and process transformation. The successful candidate will join the Alternative Investment Partners (AIP) Finance Team located in Baltimore.

Qualifications:
• Preferred undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, with 5+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Formal accounting and/or auditing experience greatly preferred.
• Advanced computer skills (notably Excel, specifically the ability to create pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions) a necessity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently on deliverables to achieve accurate results.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and maintain excellent communication regarding deliverables.
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with members of the senior management team and others within the Company.
• Bonaire Revport application experience a plus.
