Provide HR support across recruitment, personnel records, employee/labor relations, job evaluation, compensation, benefits, training, AA/EEO, policy development, and reporting. Support quarterly revenue, expense, and balance sheet reporting for the IM segment; assist FP&A with external disclosures (10-K/Q/14Q); produce sensitivity analyses and scenario framing; compile weekly IM results summaries (net flows, AUM, P&L); analyze expense drivers; and help improve forecasting, reporting, and control processes to increase efficiency and transparency.

Temporary Administrative Assistant to support high-volume processing of legal documents (levies, garnishments). Duties include printing, assembling, scanning, mailing correspondence and checks, maintaining records, supporting mail workflows, ensuring accuracy, escalating discrepancies, and handling sensitive information per compliance standards.

Lead full-cycle accounting, monthly/annual close, financial reporting and MIS. Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, tax compliance, cash flow and working capital management.
