Gather and document business and accounting requirements for IFRS lending. Assess IFRS vs US GAAP lending treatments, develop accounting requirements and business rules for automation, partner with technology for system design and UAT, and prepare senior management materials. Document accounting positions and materiality assessments, establish a scalable IFRS lending framework, reduce manual processes through automation, and support timely regulatory and financial reporting delivery.

Handle and research operational client complaints, ensure regulatory and internal compliance, escalate and resolve issues with business partners, provide phone support weekly, and assist with settlement, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects. Maintain strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and professional client-focused interactions.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, workflows, reporting, and data integrity for private equity/private credit. Manage project planning, stakeholder alignment, and implementation of CRM and portfolio systems. Analyze operational and financial data to drive automation, AI integration, and scalable solutions.

Process and manage mandatory and voluntary corporate actions from announcement to settlement using Aladdin. Monitor data across vendors, middle office, and custodians; reconcile cash and positions; solicit front office responses; resolve settlement and reconciliation issues; support stakeholders and improve procedures to mitigate operational risk.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology to elicit requirements, evaluate solutions, and drive delivery of BI and data initiatives. Model and map processes, write SQL, support integration mapping, manage ADO/Agile product ownership, create technical documentation, and use BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy). Ensure data governance, metadata management, and payments domain alignment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Perform IFRS lending accounting analysis and help automate processes: gather and document accounting/business requirements, assess IFRS vs US GAAP impacts, define accounting rules and functional specs, partner with Technology for design and UAT, and support project governance, management reporting, and standardized IFRS lending framework implementation.

Account for and report carried interest compensation plans, including mark-to-market revenue/expense, fund distributions, and payments. Perform monthly reconciliations, prepare investment and compensation reporting, maintain control and audit documentation, liaise with HR, legal, tax, fund administrators and other stakeholders, and support projects and ad hoc requests.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior professionals: manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle expense reporting, organize events, and maintain confidentiality. Use Microsoft Office and video-conferencing tools, support multiple stakeholders, anticipate needs, and adapt to shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
