Supports the Finance team with contract preparation and execution, client invoicing, collections monitoring, accounts receivable aging reports, record reconciliation against SAP, discrepancy resolution, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Draft client contracts using approved templates.
- Send contracts to clients and monitor their completion.
- Manage the execution of contracts through DocuSign.
- Send invoices to clients.
- Maintain and update Finance and Sales boards.
- Monitor collections and outstanding client balances.
- Prepare accounts receivable ageing reports.
- Assist with reconciling Finance and Sales boards against SAP records.
- Identify and help resolve discrepancies between contracts, invoices, internal records and SAP.
- Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Finance team as required.
- Undertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar administrative role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.

- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
