What You’ll Do
- Perform accounting activities related to fixed assets, including recording, tracking, and maintaining accurate asset records.
- Manage and process prepaid expenses accounting, ensuring proper allocation and reconciliation.
- Process daily operational transactions and ensure accurate accounting entries.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing required schedules, entries, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Practical knowledge of account reconciliations, journal entries, and transaction processing.
- Experience or academic exposure to fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and month-end closing activities.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
