Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Accountant to support our growing accounting team. In this role, you will execute a variety of routine bookkeeping, data entry, and clerical tasks. Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or coursework in accounting, business, or finance is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a clerical or basic administrative role; prior bookkeeping or accounting experience is an asset.
- Software Proficiency: Solid computer skills, including experience with spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel and popular accounting platforms like QuickBooks or Xero.
- Regulatory Compliance: Basic understanding of foundational bookkeeping and data entry principles.
