Position Description:
- Daily GL, AP, AR bookkeeping, staff reimbursement checking according to policy and accounting standards
- Responsible for treasure tasks, cash/bank transaction, bank reconciliation
- Month end and Quarter end closing to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information
- Perform regular internal records filing and external bank, tax, customs, govt. filings
- Policy Compliance. Prepare and assist in SOX documentation for internal and external Audit Activities
- Ad hoc Accounting/Finance assignment
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Must be a quick learner, very detail oriented, and with a good communication skill
- Team player and self-motivated, Committed to result & deadlines;
