JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you’ll assist the Global Head of Taxes and Group Accounting, the Global Head of M&A and Ventures, and the Global Head of Controlling in all matters regarding administration. This includes meeting coordination, calendar planning, travel organization, correspondence, filing, event organization, and preparation of presentations.
QualificationsEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Holds a relevant accounting qualification (Certified Accountant)
EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience in a similar organization
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. General:
Perform bank statement postings, as well as reconciliation of bank accounts and petty cash.
Assist the chief accountant in preparing information for internal and external audits.
Ensuring the timeliness of bank payments
Calculate and prepare tax returns
Audit of financial transactions and documents
Sending reports to Headquarters
2. Bookkeeping:
Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
Processing tax payments and returns
Expense tracking and recording
3. Period Closing:
* Review for changes in fixed assets
* Review and cross-checking of advances to employees and
* Review and register the payroll interface
* Closing of inventories
* Review P&L
* Running depreciation transactions

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. Vast knowledge of all local tax regulations, local GAAP and IFRS
2. Capable of communicating precisely, effectively and convincingly based on facts with internal and external
stakeholders
3. Desired to have knowledge in BI SAP (Nice to have)
