You will:
Perform day-to-day general ledger accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliations, and assisting with month-end closing procedures;
Support preparation of tax declarations by gathering data and ensuring timely submission;
Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow summaries;
Handle payroll-related accounting tasks, including collecting timesheets, preparing salary calculations, and coordinating with HR;
Communicate with auditors and public authorities by providing requested documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations;
Assist in administering social subsidies by preparing required documents and supporting submission processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or final-year student);
1+ year of experience in accounting or a related financial role (internships included);
Basic knowledge of Lithuanian accounting and tax regulations;
Lithuanian language at native level and Englsih language at upper intermediate level.
Good analytical skills and willingness to learn;
Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines;
Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
