WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Issue and manage sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor incoming payments and allocate them correctly in the accounting system
- Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and communicate with clients regarding overdue
payments - Collaborate with internal teams (Affiliate or Sales) to resolve billing-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables
- Prepare AR and aging reports, providing insights on outstanding balances
- Contribute to process improvements and automation of AR workflows and debt
management processes - Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Finance team or Chief Accountant
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or Finance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good communication skills (especially for client interactions)
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Navision, Business Central)
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

GROSS SALARY
- 2200 – 3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
