Hiring: Accounts Receivable Accountant
I’m Giedrė Zajankauskienė, leading Accounts Receivable team, and I’m currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join my team of professionals in Vilnius. The position focuses on bank statement accounting, retail sales accounting and control, and reconciliation of customer receivables.
What you’ll do:
- Record and reconcile bank statements
- Account Telia showroom sales
- Provide ongoing support regarding Cash Desk discrepancies
- Monitor accounting entries and cash register reports
- Reconcile customer outstanding balances
- Conduct account reconciliations and support period-end closing activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the AR function
What will help you thrive in this role:
The suitable candidate is analytical, structured, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. They are proactive, and solutions-focused while demonstrating good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Some experience in accounting and/or degree in accounting/related field.
- Experience with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions) and accounting system(s).
- Some English knowledge (written and spoken, B1 and above).
- Experience with SAP ERP is considered an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position - 1480 - 2220 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
