We’re looking for an Accountant to join us at Telia.

I’m Kamilė Žėčiūtė and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team managing core accounting activities and reconciliations while mentoring, collaborating, and continuously improving finance processes.
 

What you’ll do:

• Take responsibility for accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards
• Develop and maintain accurate accounting records, including fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, and continuous ledger maintenance.
• Create reliable period-end closing outputs by performing journal postings, settlements, depreciation runs and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties (e.g., auditors) to ensure smooth operations and necessary support
• Contribute to company projects and drive continuous process improvements
   

What will help you thrive in this role:

A motivated and proactive individual who thrives on challenges, works well in a dynamic environment, and brings an analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach.

• Over one year of experience in accounting, with solid hands-on exposure

• Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other key functions), with interest in further developing proficiency and exploring automation tools

• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system would be a plus

• Solution-oriented and curious mindset, with a strong drive for continuous learning and development

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range for this position – 2200-2650 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
