ABOUT THE POSITION:
Accountant at BURGA isn’t just about crunching numbers—it’s about making sure the financial engine behind one of the fastest-growing lifestyle brands runs like clockwork. You’ll be part of the team that keeps our operations smooth, accurate, and ready to scale.
Your Role: Assist with BURGA’s day-to-day accounting operations by organizing financial records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring accuracy across the board. You’ll collaborate with the finance team on tasks like handling payments, credit notes, reconciliations, and preparing reports, helping to keep our finances clear, consistent, and well-structured.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Carry out daily accounting tasks with precision and a strong focus on detail.
- Process bank payments promptly and perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers, addressing and resolving inquiries.
- Identify discrepancies and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Contribute to the implementation of new financial systems to automate routine tasks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ accounting experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience with the Business Central 365 (NAV) platform is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Perfect English and Lithuanian language skills.
SALARY: 2500 - 3200 Eur/Month GROSS.
