To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for an Accountant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall accounting and tax activities for the holding company.
- Handle petty cash transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
- Prepare and monitor the cash forecast to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Perform revaluation of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and other payables/receivables.
- Record and monitor prepaid expenses and ensure accurate amortization schedules.
- Record and track accrued expenses and accrued assistance revenue to ensure proper period matching.
- Reconcile PND50 with PP30 to ensure consistency and accuracy in tax filings.
- Review and update the AR provision in accordance with company policy and accounting standards.
- Prepare and submit ICO declarations and support intercompany reconciliations.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and prepare supporting schedules for audit.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and other external parties as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a holding or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards and local tax regulations.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English.
