Preparation of local currency monthly accounts to strict reporting deadlines in accordance with US GAAP and corporate accounting policies
Provision of the monthly financial package for review with the EMEA Reporting Manager including analytical review and commentary on variances
Responsibility for detailed Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliations
Accurate calculation and reporting of month-end accruals
Partnership with the finance shared service in terms of fixed assets, prepayments, and accounts payable
Being involved in local statutory reports, periodic VAT returns and Monthly cash flow forecasting
Assistance in the implementation of appropriate internal controls and procedures as well as ensuring compliance with corporate policies
Ad hoc project support as needed

Basic Qualifications:Professional Accounting Qualification / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent degree
Minimum 1 year of recent relevant financial experience, especially in the GL area
Experience in international accounting
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Highly focused, organized, and detail-oriented
Motivated, self-directed, and proactive
Excellent oral and written communication skills
English in full working proficiency

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł102,000.00-zł154,000.00. Please note that while the salary range represents the minimum and maximum base salary rate for this position, the actual compensation offered will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives that will be communicated during the offer stage.Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
