Omilia is looking for an Accountant to join our team and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial operations. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, implementing automation, and contributing to the growth of a leading AI company with a global presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local tax regulations;
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable;
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning;
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders;
  • Monitor financial transactions and reconcile bank statements;
  • Support financial process improvements and automation efforts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP);
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Familiarity with NetSuite will be considered a strong advantage);
  • Familiarity with Gemini or equivalent AI tools for financial data analysis, automated report generation, account reconciliation support, and streamlining routine accounting tasks;
  • Experience with n8n or equivalent workflow automation platforms (such as Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or Make) for automating financial processes, data synchronization between systems, invoice processing workflows, and creating custom integrations;
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Experience in a tech or SaaS environment is a plus.
