The Role
At SellerX we are growing our Finance Department and now we are looking for an Accountant to join our team. In this role you will supporting both statutory accounting and accounts payable duties for SellerX Asia Limited and for the group respectively. Sounds exciting? Apply today!
Your Responsibilities in Detail
- Provide support on full set accounting, financial reporting, daily accounting operation, month-end closing, and financial analytical reports
- In charge of bookkeeping includes recording, categorizing transactions and reconciliations
- Support on Accounts Payable for the Group from invoice verification, approval monitoring, payment settlement to periodic aging review
- Support on e-banking portal operations with European and Hong Kong banks
- Liaise with external and internal business partners for monthly reports, AP, tax, and audit
- Finance operations and projects support on system and SOP implementation
- Assist in the assigned ad hoc projects
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
- Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent
- Good understanding of accounting concepts with 2 years or above relevant experience
- Ability to produce accurate and informative data and self-organizing with large volume of data
- Ability to prioritize on time management regardless of work location and time zone
- Proficiency in various financial ERP systems and strong skills in Excel
- Excellence professional communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin) fluency
- Adaptive to change and challenges with a positive can-do attitude
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work proactively, independently, and efficiently
