Responsibilities:
- Prepare payments and maintain accurate payment records
- Handle general accounting duties: data entry, bank reconciliation etc.
- Assist in audit-related matters
- Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as needed
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years solid Accounting field experience
- Positive attitude towards problem-solving
- Fast learner with high flexibility and detail-minded
- Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite will be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel
- Immediate availability is highly preferable.
