The role will work closely with business, finance, supply chain, sales, operations, and technology teams to develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Build data models, KPIs, metrics, and performance scorecards.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Work with data engineering and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps through data analysis.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, security, and timely delivery of BI reports.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and business definitions.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, workforce, supply chain, sales, and operational analytics.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BI best practices and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related role.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms.
- Advanced SQL skills, including joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.
- Experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and dashboard development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of business KPIs and data visualization principles.
- Ability to convert business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with Power BI DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, SAP, or Workday.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, finance, sales, or renewable energy analytics.

We are NextpowerSkills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; BCom, MCom, CA Inter, or CWA Inter
- 5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting and month-end or quarter-end closing
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
- ERP experience with Oracle or NetSuite
- Involvement in system implementation or transformation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience managing and developing accounting staff
- Familiarity with automation tools and BI or analytics platforms
