Buscamos un(a) Contador(a) General con experiencia en procesos contables, análisis financiero y control de cuentas, responsable de garantizar registros contables precisos y oportunos, así como la correcta elaboración y análisis de información financiera. Esta posición participará activamente en la optimización de procesos financieros mediante automatización y el uso de tecnologías innovadoras, incluyendo herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
Responsabilidades Principales- Preparar y registrar pólizas contables manuales.
- Realizar análisis de variaciones y conciliaciones contables.
- Ejecutar amarres, análisis y depuración de cuentas contables.
- Gestionar el tratamiento, registro y análisis de anticipos de clientes.
- Registrar y controlar procesos relacionados con nómina.
- Registrar, analizar y dar seguimiento a gastos operativos.
- Registrar y analizar gastos de Marketing.
- Realizar revaluaciones de cuentas conforme a la normativa aplicable.
- Atender requerimientos de auditoría interna y auditoría externa.
- Participar en cierres contables mensuales y anuales.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos financieros y proponer iniciativas de automatización y digitalización.
- Impulsar el uso de herramientas de análisis de datos e Inteligencia Artificial para incrementar la eficiencia operativa.
- Licenciatura concluida en Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o carrera afín.
- Experiencia previa en contabilidad general y análisis financiero.
- Experiencia en conciliaciones, depuración de cuentas y procesos de cierre contable.
- Experiencia atendiendo auditorías internas y externas.
- Manejo de ERP contables y herramientas de análisis financiero.
- Contabilidad financiera y registros contables.
- Análisis de cuentas y estados financieros.
- Control y registro de nómina.
- Gestión de gastos y provisiones.
- Excel intermedio o avanzado.
- Conocimiento de US GAAP e IFRS (NIIF).
