FINANCE
The Finance team stands as a strategic pillar of our organization, enabling the delivery of our business and financial goals, ensuring robust financial controls and optimizing overall financial performance. Finance is responsible for managing capital, ensuring financial integrity, optimizing resource allocation, and delivering accurate reporting to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will guide the required process and policy amendments that are necessary for prompt, worldwide, and smooth execution of the standards. You will have an important role in the accountancy of our company, working together with the team to achieve the goals for the monthly closing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prepare and post accounting entries with accuracy and timeliness
Support the month-end and year-end close activities
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items under supervision
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements
Support the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits
Perform accounting controls and SOX activities in accordance with established procedures
Process and analyse accounting data, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Assist in identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
Contribute to process improvements and standardisation initiatives within the Accounting team
Collaborate with other Finance teams and business stakeholders to resolve accounting queries
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting
Basic understanding of accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is a plus
Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
Experience with SOX controls is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
