Key Responsibilities
-Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and accounting documentation
-Record daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
-Support the preparation of payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and expense reports
-Assist with bank reconciliations and cashbook management
-Maintain organized filing systems for financial and supporting documents
-Support budget tracking and expenditure monitoring
-Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules
-Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial procedures
-Support audit processes by providing required financial information and documentation
-Assist with payroll preparation and statutory remittances where applicable
-Monitor petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records
-Support procurement and payment processing activities as required
-Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor
