Responsibilities:
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of discrepancies.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, verifying invoices, and ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Month-End Closing: Support the month-end closing process by preparing reconciliations, schedules, and necessary reports.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input financial data and maintain organized documentation for future reference and audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to ongoing changes quickly.
