Job Description

This role is accountable for AP and business trip expenses accounting in Ukraine, manual reclass expenses, AP document filing/archiving.

Travel expenses and AP:

• Communication with internal customers for correct postings in SAP
• Control of prepaid expenses, manual reclass of expenses
• Accounting, processing, verification of advance reports in Concur (abroad and local trips), verification of submitted primary documents for advance reports
• Control of advance issued and balances in the SAP, reconciliation between Concur and SAP
• Preparation of reports for internal corporate reporting
• Period End Closing activities
• Control of original primary document of IC flow 

Reconciliation with Customs:

• VAT for import - checking and posting in SAP, Posting the duty in SAP

Collection and archiving of original documents

Balance Sheet review support

Audit support to Chief Accountant and accounting team

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Analytical and mathematical skills, accurate;
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment, with cross-functional teams;
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, result orientation
• Process driven
• English – Intermediate
• Knowledge of 1C, MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, preferred SAP
