Primary Responsibilities
Perform monthly and quarterly financial close tasks.
Responsible for updating the company's master data files including material master standard cost.
Reconcile various inventory accounts and maintain inventory costing and reporting.
Prepare and review ledger journal entries.
Maintain general ledger and other financial data.
Analyze financial data to assess accuracy and completeness.
Generate and interpret financial reports for management.
Prepare account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
Work with cross-functional organizations to accomplish tasks.
Backup other department personnel as needed, in particular during planned and unplanned absences.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Business with major in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
0-2 years’ experience in accounting
High attention to detail, strong organization, communication, and writing skills.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven commitment to collaboration and partnerships
Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally on a team.
Highly proficient personal computer skills and technology driven
