Job Summary:
Support the Treasury and Accounts Payable functions, including the accounting and control of the following:
1. Cash Management activities
2. Corporate credit card matters
3. Accounts payables activities
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform posting of suppliers’ invoices and process payments, for both external and internal vendors in a timely manner as aligned to Nordson Policy.
- Perform monthly accrual journal entries, and clearing of GL accounts i.e. prepaid expenses, bank accounts.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of external and internal vendors, travel accounts, credit card accounts.
- Receive, verify, post and arrange for payment of travel expenses and other employee claims.
- Apply and handle corporate credit card matters for eligible employees.
- Liaise with bank officer on bank matters i.e. bank account opening and maintenance.
- Perform posting of intercompany loan, interest and submit withholding tax in timely manner.
- Follow Authorization Matrix / DOA and report internal weaknesses within internal control to process owners.
- Check of vendor master data in line with the Nordson policy
- Support the Reporting team on audit requirement
- Ad-hoc accounting, treasury duties, or projects assigned by the Supervisor
Education and experience requirement:
- Diploma in a business or accountancy related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP
