What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries in the general ledger and related financial systems.
• Complete timely month-end close and monthly reconciliations for US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Prepare monthly revenue reconciliations for US GAAP and local GAAP.
• Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing requirements as needed.
• Prepare and manage all property tax declarations related to buyouts or lease extensions.
• Handle invoices (receipt, approval, and timely input into GP) and prepare information for monthly VAT (IVA) declarations.
• Ensure timely receipt and accurate entry of A/P invoices.
• Submit annual business license declarations to municipalities.
• Gather documentation and information for the preparation of US GAAP and local GAAP financial statements.
• Conduct periodic asset verifications and analyze potential obsolescence of fixed assets and inventory.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure financial accuracy across all entities for US GAAP and IFRS.
• Assist with preparing schedules for quarterly external reviews and year-end audits.
• Stay current on new laws and research local regulations.
• Assist with gathering accounting records for tax audits.
• Review responses to inquiries from tax authorities and third parties.
• Prepare and review VAT foreign tax returns and payments.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and roll-forwards of tax-related balance sheet accounts.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance; at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• English fluency strongly recommended.
