You will be responsible for comprehensive financial and administrative activities across multiple business functions, including accounting, payroll, HR administration, vendor management, banking, corporate compliance, and regulatory filings. This role serves as an operational backbone of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth day-to-day business operations, and scalable internal processes.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, autonomous, and proactive, with experience managing accounting records, supporting financial statement preparation, coordinating tax and regulatory requirements, and using tools like QuickBooks, payroll platforms, expense systems, and other business management software.
The role will be full-time, based in the United States.

HR & Employee Operations Support: Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including benefits enrollment, employment documentation, payroll setup, and internal system coordination.

2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, corporate administration, startup operations, or related roles.
